Eulogy Expert is operated by Archelaus LLC ("we", "us"), doing business as Eulogy Expert. By buying or using Eulogy Expert at www.eulogyexpert.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What we provide
You answer a short questionnaire about the person who died and what you want said. We show you a free preview, and if you buy, we email you four complete eulogies written from your answers, each in a different style.
Who can use Eulogy Expert
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Eulogy Expert on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
The content you supply
You are responsible for what you tell us about yourself and other people. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to use, including text still under copyright.
You give us permission to store and process your answers only to write, deliver, and support your eulogies and to run the service. We do not claim ownership of your answers.
Your eulogies belong to you
The eulogies we write for you are yours. Once you have paid, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in them, and you may use, edit, print, perform, publish, and share them however you like. We keep a copy only to deliver and support your purchase and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish your eulogies or reuse them for anyone else.
Eulogies are generated by software from your answers, and two people who give similar answers may receive similar wording. Review every eulogy before you give it: you are responsible for what is said, including anything about the person who died and other people.
How delivery works
We email your eulogies to the address you give us. The email contains a private link to them. Anyone holding that link can read your eulogies, so share it deliberately.
Price and refunds
The price is shown on the site before you pay and is charged once. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Discount codes we send you apply only to your own order and expire on the date shown.
If you are not happy with your purchase, email info@eulogyexpert.com within ten (10) calendar days of payment and we will refund you in full. After that, the purchase is final. If something goes wrong on our side before we deliver, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Emails from us
We send the emails needed to deliver and support your purchase. We send discount reminders only if you confirm that you want them, and every reminder has an unsubscribe link.
Acceptable use
We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Our site
The Eulogy Expert name, logo, site design, and articles belong to us or our licensors. Your eulogies are covered by "Your eulogies belong to you" above, not by this section.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a eulogy, service, or event that did not go as intended. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that generated content will be free of error or suitable for any particular occasion or audience.
Indemnity
If a claim is brought against us because of content you supplied or how you used a eulogy, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by contacting us first will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration is seated in New York County, New York, but you may choose to have any hearing held by video or phone, decided on written submissions, or held in person in the county where you live. Any claim not subject to arbitration, other than a small-claims matter, will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You and Archelaus LLC each waive the right to participate in a class action. Nothing here removes a consumer-protection right you have where you live. This section applies to purchases made on or after October 3, 2026; a purchase made earlier stays under the dispute terms in effect when it was made.

Charges: as shown at checkout; there are no other charges. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and will not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
